I think the conditions that the people had to live in have no words to describe how unjust they were. How could someone have to suffer so much just because of their religion? The conditions that Jews were put in made me angry as I read through my book. There is nothing anyone can do to repay anyone affected by the Holocaust, ever. Alex Coletta
The living conditions in which the people targeted in the Holocaust had to suffer through is horrifying. I would not be able to withstand such conditions, nor would I be able to stand seeing the German soldiers beat, harrass, or murder the other non-Aryans. The living conditions in the ghettos during the war, where the people had to suffer through lack of food, lack of safe living spaces, and the constant fear of being tortured by German soldiers, confirms the tragedy of the situation that these people lived in during the Holocaust.
